Meetings

Business meetings are normally held on the third Thursday of the last month of each quarter at 7:15 PM at a rotating location. The current ride schedule contains meeting notices. The location is included in meeting announcements sent by email to all members. The online ride schedule also contains meeting notices for the months when meetings are held.

Ride-planning is conducted quarterly by the vice-president.
