Club Business

Business Meetings

Business meetings are usually held the third Thursday in odd numbered months at 7:00 p.m.   We conduct club business for about an hour, then on to the lively conversation and delicious dessert portion of the evening.

Members host the meetings, so the location changes almost every month. All members are invited to volunteer their homes. See the current ride schedule online for meeting notices and the phone number of the host. The precise location is printed in the newsletter.

Bylaws

The Los Angeles Wheelmen is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation and a U.S. nonprofit 501 c 4 social welfare organization. Our stated objective is to promote bicycling for recreation, health, transportation, and sport. Click here to download the Bylaws in PDF format.
